How the Program Works...

Mental strength is more important in today's world than ever before, however, youth athletes are rarely ever exposed to dedicated mental strength training. The 6|Lobes Mental Strength Training Program© was designed to address this problem. Regardless if it's the middle of off-season training, the day of the championship game, or an interview for a dream job 10 years from now, through the 6|Lobes program youth athletes learn how to approach every moment with an Elite Mentality. ​
